High productivity digital printing

Near-offset quality combined with the superior advantages offered by digital technology deliver high-quality imaging that will make you stand out and get noticed. We can print on a paper of 350 g/m2, in high quality up to 60 pcs. per minute. See what we can print for you here

Offset printing: UV and 3D

Offset printing is used most frequently to produce advertisement media. on special substrates such as: metallized cardboard, foil (self-adhesive, clings, electrostatic), sheet films (PCV. PP, PET) with a thickness up tp 0,8 mm. There is also a possibility to print using lenticular films – with animation, depth or movement effect.

Print finishing – methods and techniques of bookbinding and printing production which enhance visual quality of prints, increase its strenght, stiffness, durability and resisntance to moisture and UV rays. Some of techniques are also available in digital printing (low quantities).

HOT-STAMPING

Hot-stamping – means pressing at high temperature using special purpose films (for example gold or silver). This technique perfectly refines prestigious prints. It giving very aesthetic and impressive feeling. Recommended over 500 pcs.

COATING

Protects printed surface from abrasion. There are several types of coating varnish: fixed by UV light, dispersion, offset, protecting (neutral). Depending of varnish type, we can gain different visual effects: glossy, matt or pearl gloss. Varnish can springs up the color and enhanes brightness and saturation.

LAMINATION

Lamination – covering printed surface with a plastic film or special laminate liquid. Thanks to that finishing method, prints gain an elegant value, they are reinforced and protected against mechanical, chemical and moisture damage or UV rays.

EMBOSSING

Hot-stamping – means pressing at high temperature using special purpose films (for example gold or silver). This technique perfectly refines prestigious prints. It giving very aesthetic and impressive feeling. Recommended over 500 pcs.

LENTICULAR PRINTING

With this method we obtain 3D or animated images effect on a flat surfaces, thanks to using lenticular foil coated with linear or prismatic lenses. This type of refinement is used for a wide range of printing products and marketing gadgets.

SPOT VARNISHY

This finishing emphasize only graphically selected areas, which are covered with varnish. This is very popular and effective technique, bringing stylish finishing to your prints – for example business cards. Varnish can be applied also on previously laminated surface – most recently – a matt foil, which gives bigger contrast between gloss and matt texture.

Special paints are used for custom printing in offset or screen printing to improve aesthetic values of prints or obtain other effects attrackting attension. Preferred quantity for use special paints should start at 1000 pcs.

METALLIC
PAINT

Thanks to metallic particles paints have beautiful shine. Available in different shedes – from PANTONE metallics sampler, in offset printing.

COLOR CHANGING
PAINTS

They can change color after exposition on UV rays or temperature. This process can be reversable and, after a while, colors come back to original.

LUMINOUS
INKS

They can change color after exposition on UV rays or temperature. This process can be reversable and, after a while, colors come back to original.

PEARL INKS

Finishing processes in printing production. Our production also carries out orders that require unusual finishing solutions – according to needs and customer ideas.

FOLDING

Bending printed works – for example leaflets or entire publication – from sheet to book.

CREASING

Creating cuts, perforations, paper identations, which facilitate its fold.

DIE CUTTING

Die cutting is cutting throu punching with a use of specially designed matrix. We can cut complex shapes in printing materials which can’t be cutted using the guillotine.

CUTTING

Paper and prints are cutted along a straight line to desired paper size.

GLUING

To glue various prints (such as paper blocks) we use special bookbinding adhesives. We also bond defferent materials – like magnet, PCV foil, cardboard, clothes, etc.

WELDING

This is a method of joining plastic printing materials using electrodes. Mainly, we use it in mouse pad production.

LASER AND PLOTTER CUT

In addition to standard cutting techniques, we also use laser to cut irregular, also ornamental shapes in different materials (wood, PCV, fabric, etc.). Laser cutting is recommended for low quantities. On plotter we mainly cut stickers in irregular shapes.

ENGRAVING

With laser we can make an engraving on a paper surface (and not only), which resembles embossing. If material have few layers, it’s possible to get different color effects.
