Product Safety (GPSR)

Our Commitment to Product Safety

The safety of the products we offer is our top priority. All products available from 12m are designed, manufactured or supplied in compliance with applicable legislation and product safety requirements in force within the European Union.

This page has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council on General Product Safety (General Product Safety Regulation – GPSR), applicable from 13 December 2024.

Product Information

For every product we offer, we provide the information necessary for its identification. Depending on the product type, this information may include:

  • product name,
  • catalogue number or other product identifier,
  • manufacturer details or the details of the economic operator responsible for placing the product on the European Union market,
  • instructions for safe use,
  • safety warnings, where applicable.

For products manufactured to individual customer specifications, detailed product safety information is provided together with the quotation or during the order fulfilment process.

Our Commitment

We make every effort to ensure that the products we offer meet all applicable safety and quality requirements. We work exclusively with trusted suppliers of materials and components, while monitoring the manufacturing process at every stage of production.

Where a product requires specific instructions for safe use, the relevant information and safety warnings are provided to the customer before purchase or together with the delivered product.

Reporting a Product Safety Issue

If you have identified a safety issue relating to a product purchased from 12m, or if you have information that may affect the safe use of one of our products, please contact us without delay.

To help us process your report efficiently, please include:

  • product name,
  • order number or product number (if available),
  • description of the issue,
  • photographs or other supporting materials that may assist in evaluating the report.

Each report is reviewed individually, and appropriate action is taken in accordance with the applicable regulations.

If your report concerns a product purchased through one of our authorised business partners, please include the place of purchase. This will help us verify and process your report more efficiently.
